Our Business

Funtastic Sound and Entertainment was founded in 2001 by Johnny V, a disc jockey since 1994 who came up through the ranks at a prominent corporate entertainment company and managed two of its locations. He was responsible for continuous training and quality control of all disc jockeys under his supervision.  It was a natural progression to be able to form this organization and provide his clients with personalized and detailed service.

Who We Are

"Ever since I can remember, I wanted to entertain. Maybe it started with the music lessons at age 7. No, I think it actually started before that, at age 4 when I sang, backed by a band, no less, at a church talent show. I was hooked. When I grew older, I had a burning desire to become a radio DJ. I  would make tapes of music mixes and do voice-overs, the whole nine yards.  I was given the opportunity to become a mobile disc jockey and the rest is history. In 2004, I realized my dream of being a radio DJ as well. I produce and host "Retro Refuge" on WLVR 91.3 in Bethlehem, PA. Check it out sometime.
